Illness Policy: Please be considerate of other families and keep the child home if he/she is
sick.
Liability Agreement: I agree that I will not hold a faculty member or an employee of Fun with Foreign Language (FwFL) liable for injuries sustained or for illnesses contracted by me/my child/my children while a student/participant at FwFL. I agree to indemnify FwFL and its faculty for all liabilities, costs, and judgements arising for acts of omissions of the undersigned, which result in injury or damage to any person or party . I further agree that I will not hold FwFL or any faculty member responsible for the loss or damage of personal property during participation.
Refund Policy: The last day to withdraw from a session and receive a 100% refund on tuition (registration fee is non-refundable) is 2 weeks prior to the start of a session. All withdrawals after that date cannot be refunded or credited towards future sessions, unless medical documentation is presented.
2 Payment Options:
There are 2 payment options for classes:
Plan A : the entire session must be paid in full prior to the start of the session. There will no credits provided for missed classes. Payment in the form of Zelle (yani@funwithforeignlanguage.com), Venmo (@Yani-Peyton), Cashapp ($YaniPeyton), cash, check (written out to Fun with Foreign Language), FwFL e-gift card, and credit/debit/gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover) is accepted.
Plan B: pay per class prior to each class. Kids only classes: $32 + $20 annual registration fee (registration fee is paid only once) Parent/Toddler classes: $29 + $20 annual registration fee (registration fee is paid only once) If you opt for this plan, all payments must be made prior to each class. E-payment apps (venmo, cash app, zelle), checks or cash are the only acceptable forms of payment.
Parent/Toddler Class Policy: One adult is permitted in class with toddler.
Returned Check Policy: The fee for a returned check is $35.

Option A: The entire session must be paid in full prior to the start of the session. Kids Only: $223 Tuition + $20 annual registration fee; Parent/Toddler: $193 Tuition + $20 annual registration fee. Costs will be prorated depending on when the student starts. There will be no credits provided for missed classes. Payment in the form of Zelle (yani@funwithforeignlanguage.com), Venmo (@YaniPeyton), Cashapp ($YaniPeyton), cash, check (written out to Fun with Foreign Language), and credit/debit/gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and Discover) is accepted. Option B: Pay per class; $32 per class and the $20 annual registration fee would have to be paid once…So the first payment would be $52 and the remaining payments would be $32 per class. Only E-payment apps (venmo, cash app, zelle), checks or cash are the acceptable forms of payment. Please note the the $20 annual registration form is paid once a school year. So if someone pays it in the Fall session, they will not have to pay it in the Winter and Spring sessions. If someone joins on 10/11 and wants to pay in full for the remaining classes in fall, the cost would be calculated as such: $22.3 x 8 remaining classes = $178 + $20 annual registration fee = $198
